The Russian Federal Nuclear Center – All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Experimental Physics (RFNC-VNIIEF) is the big, dynamically developing enterprise providing the wide spectrum of activities and employing engineers/technicians of 450 specialties and workers of over 300 specialties.
The manpower policy of RFNC-VNIIEF is to provide the Institute with the staff, capable to implement at the maximum effective level the strategic tasks pursued by the Institute.
As of today, the one third of those employed by the Institute are people under 35. The basic goals of the policy for young generation in RFNC-VNIIEF comply with those declared in the “Strategy of state policy referring young generation in the RF” (Statute of the RF Government of 18 December, 2006 # 1760). This includes revealing, promoting and supporting the activity of the young generation as far as professional, social/economical spheres, politics, creative efforts and sports. Of no less importance is providing assistance in accommodation of the newly-born families. These factors taken together can give the young specialists the ability to manifest their creative potential and to finally gain the deserved acknowledgement.
RFNC-VNIIEF is a socially responsible enterprise, paying substantial attention to social protection of its employees and veterans as far as health protection, improvement of living standards and development of culture and sports.
The social programs, implemented in accordance with the Collective Agreement and the Corporative Standards, are aimed at maintaining social stability, providing comfortable living and working conditions for those employed in the Institute, as well as recruiting the young high-qualified specialists, rejuvenation of basic staff, maintenance of living standards of veterans and development of corporate culture. The social programs adopted in RFNC-VNIIEF are pursued jointly with the professional trade union of RFNC-VNIIEF.
