Autonomous system for registration of non-regulated transfer overloads

The system is to control vibroimpact modes,
characteristic of the containers, assigned for transportation of nuclear
fuel, and is also applicable during transportation of specially
hazardous or valuable cargo. The system provides rapid estimation of the
current state of the object under control.
Special software-hardware complex was developed for
processing, visualization and storage of the data, describing the
parameters of transfer overloads. The system can be adapted to the
customers requirements, including: development of methods to estimate
the controllable states, specification of the criteria for the
controllable object, identification and substantiation of the reasonable
spots for allocation of the recorders, identification of correlation
dependencies between operational levels of ARP1 and the requirements
specified in the criteria.

Explosion-proof spherical containers

Their purpose is safe transportation of weapons or
terrorist devices, with radioactive materials also possible there. They
can provide containment of a compact HE charge with different TNT
equivalent. Their performance is unique in terms of explosion resistance
and weight-and-size ratio together with high reliability. Upon
customer's request, the containers can be provided with an internal
splinter-proof layer of clay dirt or aluminum alloy, an external housing
as heat and impact protection; a blast-proof protective engineering
structure (up to 5 meters in diameter, up to 30-50 tons in weight) can
be built to conduct highly hazardous operations with explosive and
environmentally unsafe devices, rated for confining a 120-kg TNT
explosion.

Devices to store and ship high-purity gases and liquids
at industrial facilities and research laboratories. The size ranges from
1 to 20 liters. The cylinders are developed to handle high-purity
6N-class substances used to produce super-large integrated
microcircuits, fiber light-guides and to store standard gas mixtures in
metrology. The cylinders are commercially available.

Protective container for transportation of hazardous and valuable cargo by air
