From November 15 through November 17, the VNIIEF team took part in the 61-th World’s Show of innovations, scientific research and novel technologies (Salon Mondial de l’Innovation, de la Recherche et des Nouvelles Technologies)”Brussels-Innova/Eureka 2012”, (Belgium).The Institute presented three patents of the technological division. Two of them are designed to fabricate and apply the low-density material using ultra-light-weight silica-alumina microspheres and thermal-expanding granules.
The third patent protects the technology of applying a corrosion-resistant coating of diffusion zinc impregnation. At the exhibition and the patent contests carried out within the framework of the Show, VNIIEF won eight diplomas, four medals (three among them are golden) and a special prize.
The authors of inventions were awarded with diplomas and medals by the Independent international jury of the Show, the Federal Intellectual Property Service of Russia, the National Authority for Research of Rumania.
The highest level of the developments of the Nuclear Center was corroborated once again.
