Seminar in Sarov Tekhnopark
On the 28 of February the Seminar named “Establishment of the Technology Transfer Center in Sarov Tekhnopark” was held on the territory of Tekhnopark. The member of the administrative board of Singularity University, the Director of Kaufmann Fellows Academy, the managing partner of Innov& Global Ventures and Advisory Mr. Val Jerdes was the invited speaker at the Seminar. He presented the retrospectives, the best world practices and the models of technology transfer. Chair of the city Duma Alexey Golubev, the leading research associate of VNIIEF Evgeniy Kushnir, the managing director of infra-structural projects of ROSNANO Evgeniy Evdokimov, the city Duma delegate and the co-chair of the working group for coordination of joint VNIIEF-Tekhnopark activities Igor Gruzin took part in the discussion process.Prior to the meeting the Director of Tekhnopark Yuiry Sumin noted, that the state commits the participants of the national market to further develop the national economy by way of commercialization of the domestic technologies and transfer of the same.
“Beginning from 2006 Technopark faced the mission of development and commercialization of breakthrough technologies based on aggregated competence of VNIIEF, AFK-Systems, ROSNANO and another companies involved into high-technology issues” – said the Director.
The participants of the Seminar agreed that the proximate meeting of the working group has to be held in its expanded version, i.e. with invited specialists from VNIIEF taking part in its proceedings, the basic topic of the meeting to be the discussion of the conceptual moments associated with establishment of technology transfer center. The resulting proposals are to be shared with VNIIEF leadership.
