THE CALCULATING
METHOD OF RESUSPENSION BASED ON THE COMBINATION DETERMINISTIC AND STATISTICAL APPROACHES /
D. V. Tsaplin, V. N. Piskunov // Р. 3 The calculating method
of process repeated dust formation uniting deterministic and statistical approaches to the description
of wind lift (resuspension) of immovable and rolling particles on a surface is presented. This method
uses the rock’n roll model based on the statistical approach, restricting its performance by threshold
diameter of particles separating the immobile particles from rolling. It is considered, that
resuspension of rolling particles occurs immediately if aerodynamic lift force acting on them exceeds
their weight. In calculations it is taken into account that too large and heavy particles still rolling
on a surface, not taking part in resuspension. On the basis described algorithm the calculations are
performed, results of these calculations good agree to experiment.

ANALYTICAL SOLUTIONS FOR COAGULATION AND CONDENSATION
KINETICS OF COMPOSITE PARTICLES / V.N.Piskunov // Р.
9 The following results have been obtained for simultaneous coagulation and condensation of composite
particles: equations have been set providing short (impurity integrated) information on kinetics of
composite particles due to coagulation and condensation; new analytical solutions have been obtained for
spectra and impurity content in particles of blend composition; results have been generalized in case of
arbitrary coagulation coefficients with analytical solution of one-component problem. It is
reasonable to use the obtained solutions to verify the numerical programs for computation of kinetics of
composite particles formation in problems of practical importance.

ON THE ISSUE OF IMPROVING NM SAFETY GUARANTEES IN NUCLEAR FUEL
PROCESSING / A. V. Anisin, A. A. Anischenko, I. A. Davydov,

I. Saifullin // Р. 15 One of the most important practical tasks of nuclear states is
nuclear material safeguards in nuclear fuel reprocessing. These safeguards refer to nuclear material
safety in reprocessing, continuous monitoring of processes, environmental sampling and additional
measures such as policy of containment and supervision. The most important component of these safeguards
is construction of computer-aided NM accounting and control system at an enterprise for nuclear fuel
reprocessing. The paper provides a generalized physics and computer model describing basic features of a
typical reprocessing enterprise (we chose Purex-process which is not principal). The paper presents
methods of measuring nuclear materials at a typical enterprise. We constructed a flexible expandable
computer model that does not require much effort to be adjusted for special features of specific
enterprises. Additional measures to protect and safe information in the enterprise model are
described. The test plan was developed and tests were performed using prototype data. This model can be
widely used at enterprises of nuclear materials reprocessing.

STATIONARY BOUND STATES OF DIRAC PARTICLES IN COLLAPSAR FIELDS /
M. V. Gorbatenko, V. P. Neznamov // Р. 30 It is the first
time stationary bound states of elementary spin 1/2 particles that do not decay with time are obtained
for a Schwarzschild gravitational field using a self-conjugate Hamiltonian with a flat scalar product in
a wide range of gravitational coupling constant. In order to obtain a discrete energy spectrum, we
introduce a boundary condition such that the radial current density of Dirac particles near the “event
horizon” is zero. The results can lead to revisiting some concepts of the standard cosmological model
related to the evolution of the universe and interaction of collapsars with surrounding
matter.

THE ATOMIC NUCLEUS CLUSTER MODEL
AND EXITED STATES OF NUCLEI. PART I. AN EXAMPLE OF THE NUCLEUS TWO-CLUSTER MODEL OF Bе8
CONSTRUCTION / A. A. Sadovoy, A. S. Ulyanov // VANT.
Ser.: Theoret. i prikl. fizika. 2012. N 1. Р. 34?39. Various types of models are used in the
theory of atomic nuclei to describe their excited states. In recent times, research activities of
scientists are focused on the excited states, which are treated as cluster states (for example,
long-lived heavy-nucleus isomers). The available cluster models have some disadvantages. For example,
the well-known Brink model [1] does not allow describing the main state 0+ of beryllium as a
quasi-steady state of two α-particles. The developed cluster model allows studying the cluster states of
identical particles. For this purpose, we introduce the cluster system of coordinates by an example of
the main state of Be8 nucleus. The paper describes an algorithm for constructing a cluster
wave function and methods used to calculate the overlapping integrals using the main state of
Be8 as an example. Analytical calculations are carried out with the generalized functions.
The method complexity stems from the non-orthogonal basis used to describe clusters.

TO FREE TRAJECTORY DATA RECORDING TECHNIQUE /
S. I. Gerasimov, V. I. Kostin, V. A. Kikeev, M. A. Khairullin
// Р. 40 To solve modern problems in experimental aeroballistics means to obtain the accurate
free trajectory data as initial material for determining the aerodynamic parameters. Thereto the optical
facility of aeroballistics range /1/ deals with constant toughening demands. Gradual exclusion of
analogous cameras with digital ones, that is irreversible process in modern photography, defines
modernization of the optical recording facility (ORF) by changing the traditional but moral and
physically outmoded wide-angle cameras AFA-41/100 with new digital ones. The possibility of using
semi-professional cameras of middle level in cost and complexity (Canon EOS-IDs и Kodak DCS Pro SLR/n)
is estimated below for solving the photogrammetric free trajectory problems. Creating a
digital photogrammetric stereo-mate facility (PSMF) on the base of the cameras demanded to solve some
interconnected tasks: to modernize the digital non-measurement cameras for short-distance ORF
photography and to provide the certification of its technical characteristics; to adapt the cameras to
be an accurate photogrammetrc instrument that means to develop methodic and software assets for
photogrammetric certification, to make metrological certification with photogrammetric test of technical
characteristics; to develop ancillary equipment, to make assembling, tooling, adjustment for
checking space and angle coordinates of PSMF cameras in the system of ORF coordinates; to apply PSMF for
recording free trajectory data in real aeroballistics experiments. While creating the PSMF there were
developed model of calibration facility and calibration method based on photographing the fields
of fixed signs with any camera from 4 different locations. The photogrammetric calibration and cameras
certification were made. There were performed assembling, toolings, adjustment for PSMF and its
approbation in systematic aeroballistics experiments. There was estimated accuracy of received free
trajectory data with respect to results obtained with regular analogous system.
